Dough Ingredients:
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese shredded or cubed
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 2/3 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Filling Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1/2 cup shredded Mexican blend or cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp Southwestern seasoning or taco seasoning
- salt to taste
